The organizing committee of DAVOS NORDIC is pleased to invite once again top athletes to a cross-country skiing world cup in Davos.

Due to the current situation some adjustments and changes are necessary and we would like to ask you to read the following documents and the information below carefully:

Team Accreditation

Only athletes registered by national ski federations are eligible to participate, with a limitation of the number of participants according to the FIS International Competition Rules (ICR).

Team registrations - including hotel and transport bookings - must be made through the FIS online accreditation system. 

Due to the current situation, FIS season accreditations do not count as admission to the event. Those who have registered via the online accreditation system will receive an access badge on site at the accreditation office. Only this badge authorizes access and must always be worn. 

The accreditation is already necessary for trainings on Thursday. 

In order to avoid crowds of people, we ask the teams that only one person collects the access badge for the whole team at the race office.

Service Companies (SRS)

The containers of the service companies are located at the wax tent "Stilli" at Flüelastrasse, CH-7260 Davos Dorf. Parking cards and keys for the containers will be handed in for a deposit of CHF 50 or EUR 50 in the reception container.

Race Office

The race office of Davos Nordic is located in the Tourism and Sports Center Davos, Talstrasse 41, CH-7270 Davos Platz until Tuesday, December 8, 2020.

From Wednesday, December 9, 2020 you will find us in the DAVOS NORDIC stadium at "Bünda", Museumstrasse, CH-7260 Davos Dorf.

Team Captains' Meeting

Team captains' meetings are held online this year. 

  • Friday, December 11, 2020: 17:00
  • Saturday, December 12, 2020: 17:00

Only one person per team is allowed at the meeting!

Contact Tracing

In order to ensure contact tracing, all entries into a zone (stadium, training track) or into a room (athlete tent, team captains' meeting) are registered by the OC. For this we use the app Mindful. 

Please download the app to your cell phone in advance. The entry and exit of a zone can then be registered via QR code.

Without registration no access is possible. 

Testing Protocol

All members of the red group (teams, officials, SRS, etc.) must have a negative Covid-19 PCR test to be accredited. The test must not be older than 72 hours and must be uploaded to the FIS Passport Tool. 

Test Center Davos
Teams that do not have the opportunity to do their test before departure can have their test on site. The tests must be registered in advance using the following form:

Tests will be paid directly on site or charged to travel expenses. Costs: CHF 130.00 / test including handling fee. 

The same process applies to tests after the event, some of which are required for further travel.
